Tropical Carrot Soup (serves 4)
- 5 carrots
- 1 onion
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 orange
- 1 potato
- 1 cup of pineapple
- seasonings (Kurkuma, Curry, Pepper, Salt, Black Cumin, sweet soy sauce)
- 2-3 cups veggie broth
- Cut all Veggies and Toss them in a deep dish for around 5 minutes
- Add 2 cups of veggie broth
- When all veggies are cooked trough blend them into a soupy consistancy and add more water and milk if you want it to be more creamy.
- Let fully cook and add seasonings.
- Top with green aspargus tossed in a pan with maple syrup if you want to
- Enjoy your soup with a twist! <3
