- 1 small frozen nana
- 2-3 tbsp plain soy yogurt
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Mix well - enjoy well <3
